Helpful tips
Watching on a computer
When you open the link on your computer, you will have two options:
- Download the Windows app, or
- Watch on the web instead.
We suggest you select the second option 'Watch on the web instead' and watch the service directly online.
Watching on a mobile device (phone or tablet)
- You may need to download the Teams app (please allow a couple of minutes for this).
- If you already have Teams installed, your device will open the app automatically.
Joining the Live Event
- When Teams opens, you may be asked to sign in or join anonymously. If you don't already have a Teams account we recommend choosing to join anonymously.
- After joining you will only be able to see the 'waiting room' screen until the Live Event opens a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
Questions/Comments/Chat
- During the Teams Live Event, you will not be able to turn on your camera or your microphone.
- If you have questions or comments you can type them in the Q&A or Chat section (to the right of the viewing screen).
Technical issues
We are working hard to minimise any technical issues on the day, but things can go wrong. If something happens, please try to reconnect using the details above. Unfortunately, we may not be able to correct issues related to your connection.
Remember the Service will be recorded, and we can send you a copy of the Service after the event if you experience technical issues on the day.
